Nissan Almera was a compact hatchback, produced between 1995-2008 in 2 generations for the European market. The Almera continued in Asian market as a subcompact sedan (B-Segment model), but in Europe was replaced by 2 discontinued models: The Nissan Tiida (2004-2012) and the Pulsar (2014-2018). So, now there aren't any choices for a Nissan C-Segment model in Europe!
But this thing can change! What if Nissan brings back the Almera as a model based on the all-new Renault Megane E-Tech? The new Almera Cross has all the benefits to become the new Nissan's best seller:
✓ It's a product of the Nissan-Renault alliance
✓ C-Segment hatchback with SUV characteristics
✓ And of course... it's electric!
